Indian River Snook

Saltwater

  • First let me start off saying the beaches along Floridas SpaceCoast on the East Coast are free of Oil and have no effects from the BP oil spill in the Gulf on Floridas West coast. The Redfish and Sea Trout are up in the Flats in the Indian and Banana River Lagoons. Also the Snook are showing up around Sebastian Inlet spoil islands. The Tarpon are in the local canals along the Indian River Lagoon in good numbers.

    • Triple Tail and Cobia are moving into the inshore waters.
    Freshwater

  • The Channel Catfish and Blue Catfish have been active in Lake Washington and the St. Jonhs waterway. The Large Mouth Bass are starting to show up also. Large Speck are bitting in Lake Washington.
